Sacha Jones is a reality TV personality, businesswoman and broadcaster who first appeared on Married at First Sight UK in 2024. A former Miss Birmingham and qualified beautician, she now uses her platform to challenge cultural ideas about beauty, relationships and spirituality.

Once immersed in New Age practices, Sacha shares how a dramatic encounter led her to embrace Christianity and find a new sense of freedom in faith.
